I had more than enough crabs to eat for only 42. The wife and family had plenty to eat for the price as well. This little gem is overlooked by many. The staff was courteous as well. I was so happy my gratuity was well over the average and then some. We will eat there again next vacation
This place has the most amazing customer service! We ate there tonight, and my scallops were very overcooked and I was disappointed. when I told them , they immediately credited me and brought me a haddock plate to take home ( which the waitress know I had mentioned as a possibility earlier). They were so awesome with kindness! They gave us hugs, and tried to make it up to us! This is the kind of place I will keep on visiting! People make mistakes! We all do! My husband loved his meal, and I adored the slaw, hush puppies and potato salad! Would go back in a heart beat! Cant wait to return! Thank you for such an awesome evening !!!! Hope our tip reflected the kindness you showed us!
Great little bar and restaurant just loaded with southern hospitality and great food! Don’t leave without having a margarita from Michelle too! The hush puppies, fried oysters, clam strips and grouper fingers were delicious!
First time here but definitely not my last. Very friendly people and truly appreciate their customers. I got she crab soup to start. It was so very good. I got the large flounder dinner and their tater salad. Oh my goodness the flounder was beyond amazing and the tater salad is a must have. I could have eaten a plate full of it. They constantly checked on me and made sure everything was good. I truly appreciate a restaurant like this. Seems to be a dying breed. First quality food and outstanding service and before you leave they give you a nice warm hug. Don't waste money and time at the big name restaurants. Go to Good Fellas instead.
Tried Good Fellas based on Google reviews. We were not disappointed at all. We arrived just after 5 PM on a Thursday and had no problem getting seated. It was pretty much fully seated by the time we left at 6 PM. There were four of us and we all ordered off the regular menu. The specials looked good though. Everyone enjoyed the food. It came out hot and looked great and tasted great as well. The service was fantastic. Michelle was our waitress. She was definitely entertaining. Our food came out quickly and accurately. We would definitely eat here again. The prices were reasonable. The outside of restaurant was not super inviting but the interior was filled with interesting items and funny signs. The only thing we didn’t care for were the hush puppies. We are not fans of onion flavor and they were a bit too oniony.
Walked into Goodfellas for lunch on a Saturday early afternoon. We immediately felt at home when we were greeted by Michelle. Not only was she our waitress but turned out to be one of the owners as well. She gave us one of a kind service with love, warmth and care. The food and sauces were all fresh and made in house and were incredible. No wonder this place has been open for 25 years! My husband and I will be making it a point to come back the next time we come to town.
On 11/16/2024 after a day of shopping we were looking for a place to eat (seafood). We found a GEM!!! Good Fellas Seafood!!!! From entering the restaurant to eating and then leaving I give them a 100!! Food was superb and everyone was 'genuinely' nice. I loved the decor with the pictures with 'positive' wording. I will most definitely visit this place again, again and AGAIN!!!! Pics: sautéed scallops, chips and slaw. Popcorn shrimp, chips and slaw.
We went for the lunch special and got fish, stuffed crab with French fries and coleslaw they also brought out his puppies to start with cinnamon butter. It was amazing fresh and cheap me and my husband ate and got tea included with the lunch special for 36. I highly recommend it
